Surry Hills was my familiar landscape in 2007 – good friends and good times. I’ve moved away, and friends have moved overseas, but they still
reside in the afterglow surry hill that warms me when I drift through. These models are taken from scans I made in 2007 in a studio in the area.
About The Artist
Josh Harle is a PhD candidate working between School of Design, COFA, and the Faculty of the Built Environment, UNSW. He is a member of the Real-time Porosity lab, directed by Professor Richard Goodwin and Russell Lowe, researching Phenomenology and Politics of Space.
